When a prospect responds to our initial messages, our team of dedicated professionals manually responds to them on your behalf with a personalized message, and ask them if they are open to a phone call to “see if there are ways to work together” or “explore mutually beneficial opportunities.”
We emphasize personal connection and try to limit automation as much as possible. If they agree, then we book them on your calendar for you, and you call them at the assigned time.
Do I need a LinkedIn Premium account to do this?
Yes, you need the LinkedIn Sales Navigator premium in order for our service to work.

How do you know what times I have open in my calendar, and how do you schedule the appointments without me sending the invite?
Unless you already have Calendly or Microsoft Bookings or another platform already set up, we will help you make one at no additional charge.
This will enable us to see what times you have open and add events to your calendar, without compromising the security or information of your calendar.
Who manages my campaign? What do I do if I have a problem?
When you work with us, you will have two people working directly with you at all times. One will be your account manager, who goes into your account to handle responses daily Mon-Sat.
The second person will be a member of our senior team, who you will be able to contact if you’d like to make any adjustments to your scripts, targeting, or if you’d just like to check in in general.
How does billing work?
We bill you at the start of every month, and automatically bill you every 30 days until your campaign is over.
What results can I expect to see?
Most of our clients get between 5 - 10 qualified bookings each month.
Target demographic, messaging strategy and other factors influence results.
We are seeing our leads convert at 10%-20% depending on the advisor’s ability to sell and prospect via the phone or Zoom.
Will my compliance department be fine with me doing this?
Compliance departments would care if you were sending aggressive prospecting messages asking people to buy your services right away, or if you told people that you could guarantee them ROI’s, or something along those lines.
We are sending prospects very soft messages with the goal of having a conversation to discuss ‘mutually beneficial opportunities’.
We are not in any way explaining your services unless we have expressed permission from you to do so, which is the main thing compliance worries about.
How does the guarantee work?
We usually guarantee most of our clients at least 5 appointments per month over a three month period.
At the end of three months, if you are short on your guarantee, we work for free for up to three additional months to get you the remaining number of appointments.
How do I know the bookings are qualified?
You have the right to reject appointments if they seem unqualified, (too young, too inexperienced, wrong location, etc.), and those will not count towards your guaranteed appointments.
This holds us responsible for not only getting you the guaranteed number, but also ensuring that all of them are qualified to your standards.
Will I be able to make edits to my campaign after it is launched?
We meet regularly with you to discuss optimization and efficiency of the campaign.
If you want us to make any edits or tweaks to the audience, scripting, or general targeting, all you need to do is call or text a member of our team and we will set up a meeting within 24 hours.
How many campaigns can I run simultaneously?
We recommend up to three campaigns simultaneously.
If you want to target business executives, small business owners, accountants, and lawyers, we will set up all four to run together with personalized and individualized scripts for each target market.
We encourage running as multiple campaigns in the first month as this type of testing in the incipient stages of our partnership with you is critical to a successful and effective campaign.
What is the purpose of the bookings? Are the prospects already interested in my services?
Most bookings you will get are with qualified professionals who want to meet you to discuss “mutually beneficial opportunities” to see if there is “potential to work together”.
That said, we do not tell them that you are trying to sell financial services unless you are personally okay with that.
All prospects will know who you are, will know you are a financial advisor, and are interested in speaking with you.
Once they are on the phone with you, it’s your job to turn that conversation into a more focused discussion about your services after you get to know them better.
Do I need to respond to messages?
No. Advisor Appointments has a dedicated team of people that will log into your account twice a day to handle responses. You are welcome to respond if you’d like to, but it is unnecessary. You will always have full transparency on the day to day of your account and you will be able to see all the messages going and in out of your account.
What are the average conversion rates on these appointments?
Conversion rates for focused meetings, meaning for prospects that express interest in your services on LinkedIn, is about 30-40%.
Conversion rates for normal prospects that want to discuss mutually beneficial opportunities varies between 10%-20%, depending on each advisor’s asset minimums & the services you are selling.
Can I change my targeting or scripts midway through the campaign?
Yes, and we also are able to pilot new campaigns in addition to the ones we are running at any given time.
For example, if you want to add an additional campaign targeting CPA’s in your area to see if you can refer each other business, we can make that happen.
How long will it take for me to see results?
You should see your first few bookings come in within the first weeks. Results start growing over time as more messages are sent.
What happens if a prospect asks a specific question about financial services?
In this occasion, we do not respond on your behalf, but rather your account manager will send you an email to ask what you’d like to say in response to the prospect.
